The classic video game publisher Atari has partnered with Hong Kong-based crypto-game firm Animoca Brands to bring the motherboard video game console, along with 14 other titles, to the world of cryptographic gaming. And on Atari’s own dedicated blockchain game console to boot: Atari VCS.

Atari VCS is the new version of Atari, planned to be launched in October 2020.

Its functions will include handling the console’s full game catalogue in the 1970s. In addition to enabling Linux-compatible PC games.
